A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed in full.

Payments are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled sessions with appropriate notice.

SECTION 7 – CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

All client information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We will not disclose client information without written consent, except where required by law.

SECTION 8 – USE OF TECHNOLOGY

Virtual sessions will be conducted via Zoom.

Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a private setting for sessions.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that the results obtained from our services will meet your expectations.

You agree that your use of our service is at your sole risk.

SECTION 10 – TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, repeated cancellations, failure to adhere to treatment plans, or inappropriate behaviour.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
